• Although you may access our reservations system 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, we will only process your request during normal business hours.
• Online reservations are only available after 72 hours from now.  If you need to travel sooner, please contact us by phone.
• Rates quoted by our reservations system are not guaranteed until we receive payment from you and your ticket has been issued by our offices.
• We will only accept credit cards that have a U.S. billing address, which we will verify.  If your billing address does not match the one given your ticket will not be issued, which may delay the issuance of your ticket and void the fare quoted.
• Please note that if your plans change or you will not be able to travel, you may be entitled to a partial or full+ refund.  If the fare is refundable, please return the original unused portions to us.  We will refund any unused portions less a $30.00 administrative fee and any applicable airline fees.  The administrative fee applies to any changes requiring a ticket reissue such as changes in names, dates, routings, fares or other non –travel related transactions.
•  This is a special fare ticket and one or more of the following restrictions apply • Advance notice is requires to change reservations • Travel is restricted to flights, days, and/or hours • Minimum and/or maximum stay is required
•  A fee is required for changing or canceling reservations
• Ticket and/or service fees are non-refundable/non-exchangeable
• All refunds, which are subject to a penalty fee
• Remember to confirm your flights 72 hours prior to departure • Please check in three hours prior to departure.  You are responsible for having the needed documents to travel internationally or domestically.
• Credit card fraud is a felony. We will use all means to prosecute persons attempting fraud cooperating with foreign & local authorities with information such as: Passenger Name, IP address (  ), & your unique Internet Provider connection (  ).
